Description:
This is a 224 Valkrie built on a Windham AR-15 platform. The 224 round just recently hit the market and is reported to stay supersonic over 1300 yards with Federal 90 grain Match King Ammo. If you like to shoot long distances at about half the cost that it takes to shoot a 6.5 Creed or a .308 and you want less wear and tear on the body then this rifle is for you. The 22 inch 7 in 1 twist stainless steel barrel is fluted and the end is threaded to accept a suppressor or flash hidder. The stock is made by Luth and is multipile adjustable. The heat guard is 15 inches long and the Picatinny rail extends the length of the heat guard onto the receiver for over 5 inches that affords a solid base for your optic. The gas block is standard mil spec. The charging handle has an extension to the left side to allow for easy charging even with a scope.The rifle comes with one five round magazine and is shipped in a solid polymer case with the papers. This rifle was used as a demostrator of the . 224 valkrie round and has less that 200 rounds fired thru it. It is in excellent condition with a little wear at the breach, but nothing that can be conisdered detrimental to its performance. It is a great buy at $1295.00 shipped to you.
