Description:
This is number 203 of 500 Browning Auto-5 Gold Classics 12 gauge shotguns ever made. The shotgun does not look like it has been fired outside of the factory. The 27.5 inch blue barrel with a vent rib is in excellent condition. The receiver is fully hand engraved and signed by R. Dewil and C. Baerten 2 of Browning's master engravers. The receiver also has inlayed gold ducks a retriever and a portrait of John Browning along with Browning Gold Classic and 203 of Five Hundred in gold. The walnut stock is at an Exhibition grade with a checkered and carved round knob. The forearm is also checkered and hand carved. There is some very minor crazing in the French gray finish on the receiver. This is a very nice shotgun that will be hard to replace. 12 Gauge
