We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Description:
This is a rather rare model produced by Smith & Wesson between 1997 and 2002. It is essentially a 686 with a .44-caliber barrel and 5-shot cylinder chambered for the very underappreciated .44 S&W Special. It is interesting to compare this model to the current Ruger GP100 in .44 Special which is built around the same concept – a medium frame, 5-shot revolver chambered for the classic 44 Special. Barrel length is 3 inches. This example has seen little use given the nearly non-existent powder burns on the front of the cylinder. The outer edges don’t even have any powder residue. The bore is correspondingly quite clean. This 696 comes with its original box.
