Ballard #5 Pacific in 40/90. Serial number is 11413. This rifle is all original, with original cleaning rod. Has 32 inch heavy barrel with excellent shiny bore.Bluing is very good on barrel, and rear sight.Wood has original finish with typical Ballard buttstock crack behind receiver, which started about four years ago.Color case hardening has faded to a molted appearance. It is in mechanically excellent condition.The globe and tang sights are period correct Ballard sights, which I purchased from Steve Garbe.I have the original front blade sight, and original rear tang sight filler screws. I also have a MVA rear tang sight base, if you have a MVA tang sight you want to use. I also have a custom bullet mold that is the proper weight that this rifle used, and I had a chamber cast done, and brass made at Rocky Mountain Cartridge in Wyoming.
