This Uberti 1873 Cattleman New Model single-action revolver in .45 Long Colt is in like-new and unfired condition, and comes complete with it's original box and paperwork. This Cattleman features a gloss blue finish on the cylinder, barrel, trigger, and grip frame, with a color case-hardened finish on the frame and hammer. The grips are a 1-piece design in Walnut with a smooth, glossy finish. The barrel is 5.5" inches long, it has a 6-shot cylinder, and the grip frame is steel rather than brass. This Uberti was bought new by the original owner and put into storage where it has remained until now. It has never been carried or fired and it looks like it left the factory yesterday rather than years ago. The gloss blue factory finish rates 99%, the color case-hardening is bright with vivid colors, the bores in both the barrel and cylinder are mirror-bright and pristine, and the grips are flawless. The action on this revolver is very smooth and precisely "in time". All of the controls are in perfect working order on this Cattleman New Model, and the trigger breaks very nicely with a light pull with no excessive travel or grit. For all intents and purposes this Uberti is brand new.
