Description:
Original US Winchester Model of 1917 M1917 30-06 cal in excellent condition. Not reworked as there are no reworked or arsenal stamps on the stock, original finish, NOT import marked, no rust or pitting on metal, no cracks on wood, good bore, functions fine. Did not take it completely apart, but seems all correct. Receiver, stock ,bolt, bayonet lug, front, and rear sights are W marked. Vast majority of these guns were rearsenaled after WW1, mismatched, or parkerized preWW2. If it weren't for the wear on the floorplate, the rifle would have 97-98% bluing. It's very rare to find this type of the rifle in its original condition.
