Mag. 24" Krieger tapered, round, lugged CM barrel with full-band detented-hooded ramp front sight, full-band swivel base, matted quarter rib engraved .416 REM MAG in gold, with standing ivory-inlaid express sight regulated for 50 yards, and with two gold bands at breech. Highly figured European walnut stock with widow's-peaked ebony forend tip, classic warp-around point-pattern checkering with mullered borders, double engraved crossbolts, steel trapdoor pistol grip cap, beaded cheekpiece, inletted and pedestalled rear swivel base and solid red Decelerator recoil pad. Controlled-feed action built by Peter Noreen with jeweled bolt with four-panel checkered knob and gold-inlaid rosette at rear of firing pin, jeweled follower with teflon bushing, checkered bolt stop, Model 70-type 3-position safety, integral dovetailed double-squarebridge bases for quick-detachable Tally mounts, engraved screws, Blackburn one-piece bottom metal with D'Arcy Echols custom stainless extra-capacity magazine box, and hinged straddle floorplate with release inside triggerguard. Schmidt & Bender 1.25 - 4x20mm Safari scope with 30mm tube and No.9 duplex reticle on QD Talley TNT rings. Pull: 13 3/4". Weight: 10lbs, 9oz. 99%+blue.
