Description:
Smith & Wesson Model 36 .38spl revolver, dated to approximately 1967-68. The gun is an early manufacture, with a 701XXX serial number. This pistol features the classic J-Frame all steel design with a blued finish round butt grip and correct, numbers matching walnut stocks. The pistol is in superb working order with solid lockup and timing, and the bore/chamber surfaces are mint. The pistol shows little to no signs of use or carry, with virtually no wear and no blemishes. There is a small green spot on the left stock, as shown, however due to the excellent condition of the rest of the gun, it would appear this is some minor oxidation in the wood finish from storage in a leather holster. This is a collector level piece, and would make an excellent addition to your collection! Please refer to the photos prior to . No handgun sales in MA.
