Description:
Marlin Model 55 "Original Goose Gun" 12ga bolt action shotgun, dated to 1976. This shotgun features a smooth hardwood stock with a bolt action mechanism, and a lengthy 36" barrel for extending the distance of your shot shell patterns. The chamber length is 3", which allows for the use of magnum loads for even more effective hunting of hearty, tough birds, like Geese, at distance. The shotgun is in great working order with some signs of regular use and finish loss on the barrel, as shown. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the shotgun.
