Description:
Since it was introduced in 1936 the Model 70 has earned a reputation as the "Rifleman's Rifle". The action has similarites to the Mauser designs and is considered one of the best. This custom model 70 is on a pre-64 action with an octagonal heavy barrel, Pachmayr recoil pad, one piece Leupold scope mount and 3-9x Redfield. The wood monte Carlo stock and bluing on the firearm is in excellent conditon.
