Up for sale today is a Columbian Mauser serial no. F26485 chambered in caliber .30-06. This excellent original Columbian Mauser shows excellent overall finish on wood and metal parts. The action bears the marking “R. Famage 1957” which is an acceptance mark that shows that the rifle was converted to .30-06 for use by the Columbian Military. Their previous rifles had been 7x57 Mausers made by FN in Belgium. A great rifle with a mint bore, and a great piece of history as well.
