Neat little cased "Rifleman" package. 22 S,L,LR Model 61 made in 1962 with grooved receiver top. Redfield scope has fine crosshairs and clear optics. Excellent factory blue, mechanically fine inside and out. 24" bore has crisp, shiny, beautiful bore and rifling. Walnut stock and fore end exhibit 60's style and some real fine crafstmanship. The comb is high enough to really work with the scope, and the Niedner style buttpplate evokes a romantic past of fine rifles and target shooting.
