ORIGINAL CIVIL WAR COLT MODEL 1849 POCKET REVOLVER. All original 5 shot .31 cal. with 5” barrel having the “COL SAML. COLT” one line New York address. All matching serial numbers in the 292,xxx range. Very good overall with the original patina and excellent markings including a mostly visible “STAGECOACH HOLDUP” cylinder scene. Excellent grips with most of the original varnish. Working order and good bore and chamber. Modern wood case but old tag that states it belonged to a Judge Gruenwell of Washington, D. C. Priced reasonably for an all original Colt Model 1849.
