Description:
This Colt was produced in 1923. The pistol's serial number is 68445. It has the standard 3 3/4 inch barrel. The bore is bright with sharp lands. The original plating is in very fine condition with very little wear or surface scratches. The plating is bright with very little aging tint. The pearl grips are period add on. These grips are in fine condition with only one area of slight surface loss that is barely noticeable. That is by the right grip panel at the back of the screw base. The magazine is the correct marked plated magazine for this gun. The slide is correctly matched serial numbered to the frame. The trigger pull is crisp and functions properly. This is a very hansome great looking Colt for the collector. Most of these plated pistols did not survive in very good condition. This pistol is one of the nicest original one's around!
