Description:
This is an F. Beesley side by side shotgun in 20 Gauge with 2 1/2 inch chambers and extractors that was made in 1895. The 28 inch barrels have been reblued, sleeved, and reproofed. Chokes are Improved Cylinder and Modified. The locks, action plate and other metal have been re-engraved and color case hardened. Condition of the metal is Excellent and the bores are bright and shiny. The straight grip stock had a butt transplant done in England. Wood is High Grade walnut with checkering on the splinter fore end, wrist, and butt. Condition is Excellent. Included is a Bradley fitted leather case.
