Here is a real beauty! This is a Colt Government Model 1911 Series 80 MK IV Gold Cup National Match chambered in .45 ACP. This gorgeous pistol was built in 1983 and is the top of the line version of Colt's 1911. Has a 5 inch barrel with a minty looking bore that has crisp sharp rifling. This pistol is in excellent condition and works great! The original blued finish is 90% or better with only some faint thinning and scratches. Has a very faint idiot scratch under the slide stop. Has the Gold Cup only solid rib target slide with adjustable target "Elliason" sights. Serrated front strap. national match trigger. This Colt has great barrel lockup and a tight fit bushing. The trigger is nice and crisp as you would expect from a Gold Cup. Comes with one oem Colt magazine. Overall this is just a fantastic pistol that would make an excellent competition 1911 or just as part of a collection.
