Description:
Here is a very rare limited production Colt 1911 MK IV/Series 70 Government Model that came out of the Colt Custom Shop. The factory part number of this pistol is 01070A1CS-C. This pistol is brand new in the box and has never been sold. Comes with 2 stainless 8 round Colt magazines (even though the ad says 7-round), the original papers, and the factory Colt cable lock. They only made 100 of these fine pistols and what a pistol it is. This is a classic series 70 (no firing pin safety) that has been thoroughly reworked from the factory. The finish is a bead blasted stainless finish that looks gorgeous. Has a checkered high cut front strap, Novak plain black rear sight with a trijicon front night sight, extended thumb safety, memory bump beavertail, skeletonized trigger, skeletonized hammer, factory Colt logo G10 grips. This is an absolutely fine pistol that needs a good home with someone whom appreciates the greatest pistol known to man that has been serving us for over 100 years.
