Description:
British Flintlock Trade Long Rifle
Plain flat iron un-named lockplate, great patina on all metal parts, stock has beautiful color and grain, brass stock end cap, ramrod ferrules, engraved butt plate and trigger guard with finial. Iron sling swivel at trigger and another three quarters up the barrel, Stock has professional repair near end cap, Brass left side plate has a flag or sail motif engraved. Iron top strap behind breech is engraved and brass medallion on grip is outlined. Small crack in stock on left side of breech. Cock will not stay to the rear. Two Birmingham proof marks on left side of 37 inch barrel. Bayonet lug on bottom side of muzzle. Overall length is 52 1/2 inches. Bore measures .670
