This is an original Gerber Mark II that I have had for 40 years. The guy at Knifesite John Sabol said this is one of two that he has ever seen. Why is it so rare The last diget on the serial number is T which signifys it as a Tool Steel knife. Gerber moved on to Stainless about this time. It is coded BA5 he said the sheath is equaly rare and its a FT2S. Stallion Firearms 810-922-4279. If you have a loved one protecting our great country this would make a great gift.
