Description:
Serial #914, .22 RF, 1 3/4" barrels with good, lightly pitted bores. This is a handsome, and well-made little pistol that has retained 80-85% of the original color case-hardening on the barrel assembly, and 97-98% of the original silver plate on the frame that has tarnished to mottled blue and mauve patina. Bright fire blue is still present on the trigger, sliding safety catch, and hammer. The checkered walnut grips are in excellent shape with only minor marks and flattening of the points. The action is solid,and the barrels latch tightly. These are seldom seen and desirable little British deringers, and this example rates excellent overall. Antique
