Description:
This lovely rifle has the following special features to include a 26" half octagon barrel, half magazine, take-down, triple x-checkered pistol grip walnut stock, with a tang sight. Standard features include blue finish and rifle butt plate. Caliber is the ultimate old timer 30-30. The front sight is an unusual band and ramp. The single folding leaf rear sight has been replaced. Rifle retains approximately 95% of the expertly reapplied blue finish. Stocks are proud to metal that have some finish added with some usual small handling marks. Rifle sports a pistol grip cap. Action and bore are fine. This is an extra fine example of a deluxe special order 1894.
