Description:
This Winchester Model 70 was manufactered in 1968. This gun is chambered for the powerful Remmington Magnum Cartridge. The barrel measures 24". The metal is finished in factory blue and the walnut stocks with pressed checkering. The stock wears a pistol grip with cap, Monte Carlo comb, red Winchester pad and sling swivels. The bolt is jeweled. The original sights were removed and the taps were filled, but the sights are included. Scope bases are mounted to the frame. This rifle has seen very little use and doesn't show evidence of any wear from field use. The metal retains virtually all of its original factory blue finish. Wood is near mint with a few minor impressions. Bore is strong and the action is crisp.
