Heckler & Koch, Model 94 Pre-ban already converted for full auto conversion into MP5A3 - Ready to go, with your supplied NFA registered sear. Firearm was already a Host for NFA registered Sear, which has already been removed from this gun & sold separately - Firearm still possesses all full auto compliant parts, EXCEPT a NFA registered sear - Firearm still depicts its SEF Trigger Housing, but can only fire in semi-auto mode without a sear - This is a Class III NFA SBR, presently on a Form 4 registered in the state of Pa. It is a Date Code II dating it to 1988, imported by Chantilly, VA. It is a original manufactured HK 94 from West Germany. It is stored in a original 1980's excellent condition HK Made in W. Germany briefcase. It has (1) 30 round mag, which goes with the gun, marked made in W. Germany. Retractable Stock, Magazine Paddle Release.
This is the same vintage year, 1988, and same model HK94 which was also a conversion, as used in the movie "Die Hard" with Bruce Willis, which that gun now is on display at the NRA National Firearms Museum. This gun is in excellent used condition, with a scratch on right rear side near the stock area, and also depicts scuffing on the plastic top area of the shoulder stock.
These pre-bans get harder and harder to find, especially in this condition, and already set up for full-auto conversion. This Sear Host is plug and play ready, however it is investment grade, and most likely will return to a stored safe queen. The many clones are readily available for such play in semi-auto. Please note this firearm is on a Form 4, and can only be transferred by a Class III NFA registered dealer, and if your unfamiliar with Class III paperwork, it will most likely be many months before the paperwork is approved via ATF for the actual possession of this investment. The long wait will surely be worth the time. Seller will pay transfer fee to get the firearm to a PA State licensed Class III NFA dealer, if purchased by a out of state buyer.
