This Winchester was produced in 1903. The rifle's serial number is 243206. This fine Winchester is fresh to the market! It has the standard 24 inch round barrel. The bore is bright and in minty condition. The front sight is the standard front sight. The rear sight is also the standard semi buck horn sight with the elevator. This rifle is also fitted with a Lyman tang sight with the disc peep sight. The original barrel and magazine tube blue would rate a 93% overall condition. The reciever blue would rate a 94% overall condition.There is very strong areas of color cased finish on the lever and butt plate. The stock and forend have most of the original finish intact. The wood does have some scratches and storage marks on the surface. There is no cracks or wood damage to the stock and forend. The action works smoothly and locks up tight. There is very little blue loss under the belly where the serial number is located. The screws are in fine condition with no marring. This Winchester has seen very little use or being fired. This rifle has survived the years in wonderful condition! This was a well cared for rifle. The Winchester loading tools are for display only and do not go with this rifle.
