Sold Pending Funds / Remington Arms Company Mark III Flare Pistol, serial # G 4416, cal. 10 gauge flare, has a 9" steel barrel with a good bore, barrel marked MARK III – THE REMINGTON ARMS – UNION METALLIC CARTRIDGE CO. INC / REMINGTON BRIDGEPORT WORKS – BRIDGEPORT, CONNECTICUT, U.S.A. The brass frame I believe was refinished and the barrel appears to be original blue. The pistol comes with the original wood grips numbered to the gun. This flare pistols design features a "spur" trigger, and a "top break" loading system, typical of most flare pistols and it measures 12 1/2 inches overall, with a 9 inch barrel. **This item is sold as a collector’s item. Do NOT attempt to fire this flare gun.** The condition as photographed and described is good plus - very good. Inv.: 1-1363
