*** SOLD *** REDUCED $900 *** This handsome trap gun was made circa 1954 and the 34” barrel is chambered for 2-3/4” shotshells. Highly figured stock and lots of case coloring on an elaborately engraved frame. *** The 34” barrel is nitro proofed for 1-1/4oz loads. It has an extractor and a wide hand crosshatched ventilated rib. The barrel is bored 0.743 and has a constriction of 0.030 for Full choke. Minimum wall thickness is 0.055. Overall weight is 8lb 8oz which absorbs recoil while it just hunts those targets down. *** It is stocked in a nicely figured piece of European walnut with a pistol grip and beavertail forearm. It has a pistol grip cap and a blank initial shield. The finish on the stock is in good shape overall but there is a small amount of finish wear in a few places which can easily be touched up. The checkering is crisp. Stock dimensions are 15” over a 3/4” pad by 1-3/8” by 1-7/8”. *** If you would like to shoot a sturdy classic single barrel made by a great English gunmaker, this is the gun for you.
