This particular rifle was finely engraved by Larry Hopewell of Taos, NM. It has a floral pattern engraving on the barrel with gold accents around the muzzle. The silver forend cap is also nicely engraved. The gun has a case colored action with subtle colors. It has a shrouded bead front sight and adjustable rear tang sight. The forend and stock have upgraded wood with nice grain patterns that are quite attractive. Both the forend and pistol grip area are hand checkered. The 30 inch half round, half octagonal barrel is a medium heavy and is clean inside and out with no marks on the exterior surface. The rifle has a double set trigger setup. The forend has some very small safe marks on the side. The stock has no dings or marks and has a textured hard plastic butt plate. The gun appears to be unfired, but we cannot verify that.
