Sold Pending Funds / Springfield Armory Model 1911 Semi Auto Pistol. serial # 126042, cal. 45 A.C.P., has a 5” barrel with a good bore . The metal surfaces retain about 85%+, remaining fading to blue/brown patina, standard markings on slide & frame. The right side of the slide displays an Eagle stamp. The following parts are “S”-stamped: barrel S over P post WWI replacement, barrel bushing, thumb safety, grip safety, firing pin stop, hammer, slide stop, mainspring housing, magazine catch, and the disconnector. Mainspring housing is fitted with lanyard ring. The diamond checkered walnut grips have 14 diamonds between the large ones showing minor wear. Pistol comes with one original Springfield Armory lanyard loop 7 round magazine. This piece will look great in any military collection. The overall condition as described and photographed is very good – very good plus. Inv.: # 1-1365
