From our 40 year Winchester Lever collection, here is a really fine Winchester "Special Order" Model 1894 rifle in the highly desirable 25/35 caliber. It has the following special ordered features: 25 inch rapid-taper Octagon barrel, 1/2 magazine, with the added "take-down" feature. It is in immaculate condition retaining most all of its original blue and varnish. It came out of the factory in l910, over 111 years ago. The bore and action are as you would expect, excellent. We doubt that this rifle saw much use after it was sold. It is truly as historic and graceful an 1894 Winchester lever action as you're going to find.
