Colt SAA U.S. MODEL 1873 Cavalry "JOHN T. CLEVLAND" ,   Sub-inspected Revolver. Serial #34235 . All numbers are matching!   This revolver, Ser.#34235 ,is pretty well described in  the "H . STERLING FENN  D.V.M." Examination Letter. (See last 2 pictures). Mr. Fenn was the co-author with "JOHN A. KOPEC" , on the book "CAVALRY &  ARTILLERY  REVOLVERS.a continuing study". This Revolver  Has an Excellent  action, indexes properly, locks up tight and has all 4 "clicks". Has a 7.5" barrel with a strongly rifled ,very good bore.   Metal is all a Grey to  Brown patina.. The period replacement  grips are one piece walnut and are partially  numbered "5489" and without any readable cartouche.   .
