Description:

U.S Union Switch & Signal Model 1911A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol . Very Fine dulite finish ,approx. 80% remaining. Rest is patina
Manufactured in 1943. Blade and flat top notch sights, the "USS" monogram and "U.S. & S. Co./SWISSVALE, PA. U.S.A." on the left side of the slide, a Robert Downie "R.C.D." inspected frame, a thin checkered hammer, short stamped trigger, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, reinforced Keyes Fiber grips, full blue "S" marked magazine and a High Standard 5" barrel with a bright bore.  Shows some bright edge wear with scattered handling marks and minor spotting. The Grips are excellent. Mechanically excellent!   Buyer pays $45.00 shipping to lower 48 states, I accept USPS Money Orders or Bank Cashier's Check.
