Description:
Overall condition of this rifle is good. The metal finish has some wear on the hard edges and in places such as the tip of the handguard and the charging handle. The original receiver cover is sadly absent and the current Picatinny railed one is about 1/16 of an inch too short (see pictures). The synthetic stock shows some minor bumps and marks but is in good condition overall as well. The bore has a healthy shine and strong lands/grooves.This example of the FAL has some upgrades over the "mil-spec" models. Upgrades/non-standard features include and enlarged safety/selector, side-folding charging handle, and enlarged magazine release and bolt hold open. This is an inch pattern rifle so it should take both types (inch and metric) of magazines.
