Description:
From Charles Newton, "The Father of High Velocity" in Buffalo New York. This old gun shows some light use marks and a hairline crack on bottom behind trigger. Sling swivels appear to have been painted gold. Lyman blade front sight with rear iron filled in with Marbles dovetail. Original integral scope bases are attached. Controlled Round Feed action is still tight and function appears good. Bore is excellent.
