Description:
This is a 7.7 Jap Arisaka Type 99 Last Ditch Rifle bolt action made by the Jinsen Arsenal in Korea and is a series 40 line up. The serial number is 5XXX2 and is a Late-War production. It has a blued 25.5” tapered round barrel mounted with a fixed rear sight and a windage adjustable pyramid front sight. The bore is very good. The top of the receiver has the chrysanthemum but has been defaced. The Select Hardwood stock is in good condition no major dents or scratches, you can see where the stock was spliced on the left side of the gun as it is slightly separating. The rifle features the “Last Ditch” wooden buttplate and short upper handguard handguard and military sling swivels. This rifle does have some scattered pitting on the barrel, receiver and floor plate. Length of pull is 12-3/4”, overall length is 44-1/4”, weight is 7.2 lbs. Our stock number is A834. Will ship to any FFL anywhere in the United States.
