Description:
This original 16X16 Ga/ 43 Mauser German Drilling Shotgun/Rifle combo has 27.5” browned tapered round barrels with a front sight blade and flip up rear sight installed on the matted rib. Inscribed on the rib reads “H. Gotz & Co Berlin”. The bores are good. The checkered Walnut forend and buttstock are in good condition, there are no cracks only some small scratches and usage dent. The gun has its original steel buttplate. The action is very smooth to operate and locks up good. All metal parts have been very tastefully engraved. The grip rail of the trigger guard is carved horn. This firearm is overall in good condition. The length of pull is 13” left trigger and 14” right trigger. Overall length is 44”, weight is 7.6 lbs.
