Description:
By far the best I have ever seen. A true time capsule, this is a mint condition Pre War Model 70 SG in .30GOV'T'06 (30-06). S/N 56*** with matching scribed bolt from 1946, but produced from 100% Pre War components and finishes. 24" barrel with mirror bore, mechanics are of course spot on. Has factory installed full based Lyman 48WJS receiver sight and Lyman 12S plug in barrel dovetail. Undrilled rear receiver. Correct Redfield 255 front sight with full length gold bead. 99% plus Blue and Varnish with only the most minuscule marks. Impossible to upgrade.
