Description:
Excellent condition custom Mauser chambered for .257 Roberts. Previous owner stated that this rifle was made in Germany for a Lt. Colonel in the US Army while stationed there. But the barrel is marked W.A.Sukalle-Gunmaker-Phoenix Ariz. Stock shows German handiwork with Boar and Stag inlays. Very nicely done. The barrel and receiver have a graphite CeraKote finish. Military markings are buffed out. Metal holds oil very well. Scope blocks are from Weaver. The original safety has been replaced with a Dayton Tracer so as to allow a low scope mount. The bolt has been brush chromed. Currently has a Leupold 24X scope with fine crosshairs. Optics are perfect-scope is excellent condition. Rifle is very accurate. Asking $1100 for the rifle including the scope. Without the scope, I am asking $750. $45 shipping to your FFL holder. Will not ship outside US, no exceptions.
