Description:
Marlin model 1895 .45-70, manufactured in 1974. Barrel shortened to 16.5", re-crowned, and dovetailed for correct factory front sight. Upgrades include new Marlin front and rear sights, magazine plug, forend cap and screws, milled forend cap tenon, Ranger Point Precision medium-loop lever, and LimbSaver recoil pad. Includes scope base and offset hammer spur. Other than where the barrel was re-crowned, all bluing is original. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Standard shipping rates to lower 48, USPS Priority Mail.
