This is a Cobra or similar make 37MM Flare Launcher in Very Good LIke New Condition with the barrel mount lugs & the top cover
Side is marked "Use Only U.S.C.G. flares, smoke, or gas rounds" & also marked 37MM launcher
Only number sequence visible on the unit is 8448378 which in on the hand grip & numbers 8448377 which is on the top hand cover - Numbers reference to Military M203 hand guards - The numbers are depicted in the attached photo array
