Description:
A nice old Marlin Model 39 with serial number 4391 dating the gun to between 1922 and 1928. Bright, shiny bore and clean action. OB has 92-95% original bluing. Frame and lever case colors are worn away. Excellent wood condition of 85-90% overall, possibly better. After market hooded front sight and matching tang sight add probably 25% to value as is. The sights could be Lyman or Marbles. I have not removed them for inspection. S&H of $45.00. Priced to move. SALE PENDING
