This Winchester Model 1866 is in excellent condition with a 20 1/4 inch barrel that has a very clean bright bore. The walnut stock is in excellent condition with no visible field marks. The metal is also in excellent condition with no field marks on the polished brass receiver or blued barrel. Winchester Model 1866 was what placed Winchester repeater on the map and was the rifle of choice for cowboys, lawman, settlers and frontier man during the westward expansion. Over all this is a very nice rifle that would be great to take to the range or to add into you collection.
