Model 1777 French Charleville Flintlock musket. Lock marked Maubeuge Manufacter, barrel length 44.5 inch, the wood is in nice shape but the forward piece between the middle and top band has been repaced. Also marked 968 on the tang and but plate along with regimental markings on the but plate. Stock has usual military cartouches and other numbers. Metal is very good in the bright with a light patina in places. has ramrod and a repro bayonet and slinged scabbard included. Very reasonably priced Napolionic era musket.
