An opportunity to own a very rare L.C. Smith!
The A-2 variation 1 was considered the most beautiful of all Smiths by many collectors,
fewer than 25 were made and seldom if ever offered for sale, ,
damascus barrels have the pattern restored, bores are very good with minor flaking,
left bore is .730 with wall thickness of .035 at thinnest point, right bore is .735 and .035,
Steel barrels were fitted later and have correct engraving, mirror bores,
left bore is .730 and .040+, right is .740 and .040+, Stock has been
replaced with exhibition wood in correct style, circa 1895 Hunter Arms gun,
The only #2 var1 I have ever seen for sale in 40 years! Trades welcome.
