The NRA American Hunter confirmed this in December 2018 by announcing the STEYR MANNLICHER ZEPHYR II as Rifle of the Year 2019. Further Awards received the rifle from GRAY’S BEST und SPORTING CLASSICS. Integral scope mounts, machined directly on the solid-steel receiver, features cold hammer-forged barrel, European walnut stock with Bavarian cheek piece and Schnabel forearm, Mannox metal finish, and fish scale pattern checkering.
