1939 K98 Mauser 243 Code (Borsigwalde)
This Mauser is in overall great condition with a very clean bore, and nice bluing with some patina in places. The numbers all match except for the front barrel band and hand guard. It appears to be a bring-back since there is no importer marking. Has correct original leather sling in very good condition. There is a small piece of masking tape on the left side of the stock and one on the bolt handle that have part of the serial number on them. This was done by the original collector who for some reason sometimes kept the rifles and bolts separate.
