*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1927 Savage 99F 30-30 Winchester (serial # 304251) with a 22" tapered light weight take-down barrel in very good condition. This fast handling little 99 was referred to as the "Light Weight" and the "Featherweight" depending on date of manufacture. It has the 22" barrel with the metal bead front sight integral with the barrel. Many believe that this front sight was only used on the earlier 20" barrel, which was dropped from the ordering options at about this time period. In America's sweetheart caliber, the 30-30, it would make for a classic "carry all day" hunting rifle. Look at the pictures, this is one nice looking Savage, not all beat up like many 30-30s that you see. $40 S&H to most of the lower 48. Eight far west states at $50 S&H.
