Description:
If you love big guns and want to own a classic example of waterfowl gun from the golden era of duck hunting you need this special Parker for your collection. This beauty is a NH 10 gauge on a #6 frame paired but with 32” twist steel barrels. Parker 116794 has bores of .780/.780, and chokes of .042/.042 XF/XF. This gun is a beast at 12 pounds 12 ounces but still very shootable and guaranteed to put a smile on your face and impress your shooting buddies. The beauty of this gun is that it is a 10ga built like an 8ga but still legal to use for duck hunting. As most know ammo is available from RST for both target shooting and non-tox for duck hunting. This beauty has a min. wall of .071/.070 and a wall thickness of .116/.105 nine inches from the breech. Chambers measure 2.875/2.875 and the stock dimensions are a very modern 1 ½” x 2 ½” x 14 ¼”. Condition is fine with no stock or forend cracks or repairs. The screws are excellent and the gun is tight and on face, the barrels ring like church bells. The gun is in original used but not abused condition. The bores show some pitting which is expected on a untouched gun from this era.
