This Browning A5 20g Light, Serial No. 70Z514XX was mfg abt 1970. It is all original & in Very Good condition. The following is my assessment of this Browning. The Gun Bluing is overal abt 98% w/the receiver being 99%. It is w/o any marks ,scratches or edgewear. The action is crisp and the bolt shows light usage. The receiver has excellent engraving which is distinct & is a Grade I. The Trigger housing is the same which is set off w/a bright "Gold" trigger w/no wear. The barrel is a 28 inch w/a *FC. It is very good w/abt a 1/8'x 3/8 portion missing or bluing peel (See Pic) otherwise no marks and very good..
The Buttstock is excellent abt 99% w/the Forearm abt 98% (See Pics). The checkering on both buttstock and forearm is excellent. The barrel's ventilated ribbing & Front Silver Sighting Bead are also excellent.
The LOP is 14 1/4 " w/an excellent FN Buttplate. Overal this Browning appear to have had a minimal usuage w/maybe a box or two of shells fired thru it. I would give the Browning an "NRA Rating of 97%.
