Description:
This Remington Model 8 is a right hand semi-auto rifle in .35 Rem. Cal. It has a 22 inch barrel with a raised blade front sight. It is drilled and tapped for a middle sight and has an adjustable folding peep rear sight. The stock is a smooth walnut straight grip butt and forearm. It was the first commercially successful semi-automatic rifle offered for civilian sale in the United States and was used by law enforcement and the FBI. The Model 8 was reportedly used in the Bonnie and Clyde shooting.
