Sold..Very good Condition .41 cal antique derringer in good working order. Barrel is 2 1/2" long with a good bore, good rifling and some surface corrosion, more like oxidation, and closer to the breech end are patches of fine pits..Very good original walnut grips,with fancy grain on both grips. . The exterior metal is grey from blue, not rusty with a original nickle plate frame with wear to the top where the hammer enters the frame . Action works well. These were gambler hide-away guns as well as a boot pistol during the 19th century. Check my inventory of rare grips, unusual gun parts, barrels and holsters. Shipping may be higher than stated as shippers raise their prices twice year without notice! When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
